Nicky Searle started her career in TV, as an unpaid intern at MTV Networks in the fabulous 90s; interviewed countless artists, directed multi camera live performances, travelled the world for work, and produced many of the major league presenting talent of today.

Moving into off screen talent management in 2007, she has since held Head of Talent roles at Optomen, NBCUniversal International, and Dragonfly before setting up WDT in 2015.

Having crewed up some of British televisions’ most successful, well-loved and award-winning formats, Nicky has over twelve years experience of tracking the movers and shakers in this industry on their respective career paths, and the reputation of working with the best talent, and the leading production companies in the business.
