Nicky started her career in TV as an unpaid intern at MTV Networks in the 90s…interviewed countless famous artists, directed multi camera music performances, and produced many of the major league presenting talent of today…

Working in offscreen talent management since 2007 she has held Head of Talent roles at Optomen, NBCUniversal International, and Dragonfly. In 2014 she up WDT. Post the pandemic Nicky was Talent Executive at BBC Studios in the landmark Documentary Unit, and most recently was Head of Talent Box to Box Films.

Having crewed up some of British televisions most successful, well-loved, and award-winning formats, she has also recently been at the forefront of global SVOD projects.

With over 17 years tracking the movers and shakers in this industry on their respective career paths, she has a reputation for working with the best talent and the leading production companies in the business.
