Assistant Producers (Al Arabiya)

A London based production company with a track record of producing award winning films across a range of factual genres are looking for experienced current affairs/factual/obs doc Assistant Producers to start from March 2020 onwards, on a multi part series for a Middle Eastern broadcaster.

This is a unique project crafting and shaping the dramatic story of a Middle Eastern country and its leadership using key interviews, archive and drama reconstruction.  With great storytelling at its heart, this is an ambitious access documentary series, which will require experience of high-end presenter led current affairs films and factual documentaries.

If you are confident self-starter, used to working alongside a PD, and reporting into a wider team, concise in your approach to a covering a large selection of factual material, particularly using archive, this is a job for you. Arabic language skills, and experience of living or working in the Middle East,  would be a distinct advantage, and we would like to hear from you.

These contracts will be up to 25 weeks, with staggered start dates from now onwards.   The office is in central London, but due to the current situation, this company are now working from home, but are happy to interview via Skype or FaceTime and have you work from home to cover the pre-production research requirements.   If this sounds of interest, and you match the required skillset, please apply via the link below…
